兔友協會對投訴及意見的最新處理機制

香港兔友協會自2003年成立以來,全賴兔友們的支持及關注,我們才能夠發展至現在的規模。為了進一步改善我們的服務質素,我們將由即日開始切實地推行一系列處理意見及投訴的全新措施。

Since the establishment of Hong Kong Rabbit Society, many rabbit lovers and visitors have provided numerous valuable opinions for us. To handle all opinions or even complaints effectively, we will adopt some new policies.

 現時兔協有兩位全職員工、三位兼職員工、一班常務義工及當值義工於我們的福利及資源中心工作。由現在起,所有員工及義工在工作及當值期間均會掛上一個名牌以作識別。如果各位兔友對任何員工或義工有意見或投訴時,可即時記下該員工及義工的名字,方便我們在日後作出跟進。為了更有效及迅速地處理投訴事件,請各位兔友在事發的5天內,透過電郵向我們提出相關意見。電郵內容需詳細說明事發時間、事件的始末、過程及相關的員工或義工名字,方便跟進。

There are 2 full-time staffs, 3 part-time staffs and a team of volunteers to serve in our Welfare and Resources Centre. All of our staffs and volunteers will put on name tag during their services hours. If you have any advices or complaints about our staffs or volunteers, please mark down the name of related staffs or volunteers, details and time, then inform us by email within 5 days.

 為作出更公正的處理,我們會在資源及福利中心內安裝閉路電視,並進行錄影。有需要時,我們會翻查錄影以進一步了解事件。對於所有經正式途徑提出的投訴及意見,我們在處理調查後會作出回覆。希望透過新的意見及投訴處理機制,我們的服務質素可以得到提升,能夠為香港的兔友及兔兔謀求更大的福祉。

To handle all complaints and cases objectively, we will install CCTV in our Welfare and Resources Centre. If necessary, we will check the CCTV video for reference. Hoping that under the new policies, our services can be greatly improved.
