Would you mind to help Seppi?

Seppi is an abandoned rabbit which has eye disease. She was a Jersey Wooly Rabbit with black and white color.

Two months ago, Seppi has been abandoned by a girl and her mother. Their abandonment was not in accordance to the formal procedure of Hong Kong Rabbit Society. Indeed, we would like to reject the abandonment, but we found that the situation of Seppi was quite bad. Her right eye was infected and her fasces were abnormal as well. We finally decided to receive Seppi immediately, as we worried that Seppi could not have proper medical treatment.

We took Seppi to see vet for her eye disease. The vet told us that her right eye was infected by parasites and needed to be removed under excision. If not, it may become cancer and take her life finally.

Seppi had the eyeball-removal operation on 26 August 2010, after her intestinal was back to normal and a bit of weight loss.  She is recovering well and her condition is stable. She is even more active than before.

Luckily, her spine distorts we noticed before the eye operation was not a problem in according to the X-ray result.  She may need to adjust her walking position to improve that in the future.

She has lost one eye, but everything else is fine.  Would you mind giving this lovely, kind and adorable rabbit girl a new warm home?
