Volunteers’ recruitment for Hong Kong Rabbit Society Annual Journal

The Hong Kong Rabbit Society will publish an annual journal. We would like to record our daily operations, activities, numbers of adoption and abandonment, special cases and Acknowledgement in the year of 2011 in the journal. Therefore we need intensive help. We are now recruiting volunteers, please kindly support and anticipate.

1. Editorial volunteers: Good ability in Chinese writing and typing. Duties included interviews, articles write up and proofreading.

2. Pagination volunteers: Able to work independently on pagination, includes photo and text arrangement. Familiar with related software.

3. Supporting volunteers: Respond for supporting, logistic, resources arrangements and liaison work.

The production of the annual journal will start from end of July. Volunteers will need to attend regular meetings and complete works base on the schedule. Editorial work will be finished by October and pagination work will start on November. The journal will be done in mid-November. Working schedule for supporting volunteer is flexible, it will be depend on the nature of the work.
