The new arrangement of the delivery service

To avoid unmatched payment that caused by delay payment on the delivery, The Hong Kong Rabbit Society will strictly enforce a new measures of payment and delivery. Please pay attention to the latest delivery service arrangements:

1. The goods will deliver after 7-10 working days from the date of order (if the goods are out of stock, other arrangements will be made). To avoid delay, please pre order your goods one week in advance.

2. Logistics company will contact the customers a day before the delivery date. They will also call you again on the delivery day to double confirm delivery time. To avoid delay, please pay and receive the delivery on the designated time. If logistics company fails to get in touch with customers, you need to re-arrange the delivery date. The logistics company will not leave the goods at the door without advance payment. Please note.
3. Customers can make payment to HKRS at least two days prior to the delivery day through bank transfer / PPS. Once HKRS received and confirmed receipt of payment, the delivery will leave the goods at your door as per HKRS’s of instructions. However, the logistics company will not responsible for any loss and damage goods.
