To thank our members’ support over the years on the Rabbit Charitable Calendar, we promised that in the coming year the calendar will be better. Thus we hope to have a breakthrough in 2014. In the 2014 Rabbit Charitable Calendar there will be daily sponsor page (a total of 372 double-sided printing). The cover and monthly page however; will be kept. We hope that more owners are able to put their beloved rabbits’ photos in a very special date. You can also consider sponsoring HKRS rabbit and let them become the calendar stars so that other people can see their cute face and thus increase their chance to being adopted.

In addition, this year we also provide indoor photography services. Owners could choose photos from the service with only an additional $200. Furthermore we can also take picture for both the owner and the rabbits. We provide a variety of backgrounds and props. Each photo session included a total of 8 photos (shoot to be completed in a month). After completing the post production of the photos, we will notify the owners and provide a hyperlink to download the photos. We will announce the detail of the photo shooting time and venue soon.

*Sponsors who participated in 2013 calendar will have priority to apply the 2014 calendar sponsorship. We will inform sponsors on the application method soon.

Please complete the form and email together with the payment receipt to hkrabbit_org@yahoo.com.hk (you will receive an email auto reply) or submit the form in person at the Hong Kong Rabbit Society welfare and resource center, Tong Mi Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, 60 – Fook Hong Industrial Building, Room 502, No. 62. We do not accept fax handling. Please note.

4. Confirmed sponsor lists will be announced after February 14, 2013 at our official website and our facebook Pages and Blogs

5. Photo must be in digital format. Each photo can have up to three animals, which must include at least one rabbit.

6. Digital photos need to be 300dpi resolution (not less than 1MB). Please email the photo to hkrabbit_org@yahoo.com.hk before Mar 31, 2013. Please write the owner / sponsor name, contact telephone number and rabbit name in the email. Overdue be considered withdrawn automatically.

7. If all available sponsor page have been fully subscribed, a refund check will be mailed to you

8 All photos must be clear and with no “red-eye”. Hong Kong Rabbit Society will have all the right to use the photo including calendar printing, printed material, marketing collaterals and in our website.

9. If you decided to sponsor our abandoned rabbits instead, we will arrange the photo.

10. Due to raising costs, only the sponsors who sponsors the cover will be received two 2014 Rabbit Charitable Calendar. After deducting the cost, all income will be used for funds to help abandoned rabbits
